She began building her business footprint by recruiting independent contract drivers for logistics giants like FedEx and Amazon, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and compliance during peak operational seasons.
Shayne is committed to innovation and user-centric solutions, including plans to launch a recruiting app designed to streamline communication between independent contractors and drivers — a tool aimed at making peak season logistics smoother and more cost-effective.
